The design was followed by adding an addition of light (Similar to scaffolding) structure to the ESR located near the Thaltej lake. Metro coming next to the ESR this place will be catering to more amount of people compare to the number of people it catering in present. Now taking this as a potential factor to change the identity of typical elevated water tank - speculation was carried out.
