The development plan of Rajkot for the base year 2036 has been proposed. Multiple site visits and, data collection analysis were drawn and proposals were given based on it. The current system, process, and regulations were studied and challenged based on the type of development as a result of it were understood. The Development plan is planned along with development regulations such that it imposes only required controls. The plan has taken a new type of approach that is the 'LIBERAL' Approach. The development plan is supported by phasing, cost estimation, and revenue generation mechanism for its practical Viability.
