The process of preparing a development plan started off with the primary & secondary data collection along with the perception study of Rajkot. In the second phase of the studio, future projections & trendline were the used based on which we came up with three scenarios. Looking at the positives & negatives of each scenario, we came up with the final scenario. This final scenario helped us come up with the zoning map for Rajkot along with all the supporting sectors like transport, housing, infrastructure etc. The final output of the Studio was the Development Plan along with costing & phasing for the same.
