Study of Data centers: The future of India real estate (Bengaluru)

Data utilization and increased commitment by cloud service providers will fuel Data Centers expansion, resulting in 7.8 million sq. ft of commercial real estate space in the next 2.5 years.
The demand for data center space has skyrocketed because of digitalization in the aftermath of the Coronavirus outbreak.
The development of India into a "digital economy" has also aided this tendency. As a result, data centers (DCs) are emerging
as an alternative real estate asset class with enormous potential, and prominent real estate developers are joining this area
to harvest significant returns on early investments.
India has enormous potential for data center expansion, driven by regulatory efforts, a growing client base, and increased
corporate data storage requirements. The government's 'Digital India' push has also provided this sector a boost.
The recent launch of 5G telecom network, has boosted the demand of data centers multifold. India being emerging market
there is lot many avenues where India can progress - this study aims to identify such avenue where the data center market
can capitalize and grow.
