Every individual's primary priority today is his or her health. The main issues that elderly people face are a shortage of affordable senior housing, poor health, a lack of social support, and diseases after retirement. When a huge number of people have the same difficulties, they become societal and economic concerns. Having little money after retirement, losing a spouse, having a lot of free time, being sick, being socially isolated, having close relationships with family, and being physically and financially reliant are all linked. In India, conventional joint family structures are declining, and more families are becoming nuclear. It is critical to investigate the appropriate level of assistance and care for all older individuals, given the difficulties they face. This study will help to understand the supply market in India and recommend business models for the same
