Inadequate water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) services in urban areas often go unnoticed, despite their significant impact on disease prevalence. Vulnerable communities bear the brunt of these shortcomings, experiencing severe consequences. The research aims to shed light on the unique challenges faced by these communities through an evidence-based study in Ahmedabad. It establishes linkages between public health and WASH and provides recommendations for the identified challenges
