FOUNDATION STUDIO 2

A chained study of systems in an area of Ahmedabad city, Vadaj, to narrowing down the scale from Vadaj to Parikshit Nagar and a brief study of that community, to focusing on a specific user group of working women and designing/ creating a space for them, along with the community participation process, is the first half of the semester. The remaining half is about understanding those systems and their functionalities in detail, what happens when they are disrupted and how its reimagined alternatives are created by the designers and adapted by the context!
