As part of the housing project studio, I worked on a greenfield land development in Surat city. The studio aims to explore real estate development opportunities in the housing market of Surat city and studied the different processes and methodology for the development of such a project. From the dynamics of the real estate sector and the potential of the site I got to learn the different parameters and Various aspects such as the approvals, regulations, viability, and feasibility. And as per the demand and supply of the real estate market at the macro and micro level, I studied the project proposal and also the financial feasibility of the project.
