The prime objective of the Housing Project studio is to develop a financially viable greenfield project on public land in Chennai. Real-estate market dynamics, macro-market absorption, sales and unsold trends in the last 5 years were assessed. High Land potential score site was selected. The project brief was developed based on assumptions from micro & macro-market study and the iterations were checked for financial feasibility. The conceptual plan was phased based upon demand and sales cycle. Marketing strategy and USP for the project was devised to enhance the sales percentage of the project and generate high profits to TNHB.
