This project aims at exploring the potential of a green-field privately-owned site located in the eastern part of Vasai -Virar city. The project proposes a mixed development of residential and commercial property which will be profitable for developers as well as landowners. Vasai Virar is a part of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and it is located on the north side of greater Mumbai. Over the decades the city has grown rapidly which is a reaction of policies and regulations applied on MMR due to rapid urbanization in greater Mumbai in back 1970s. Due to low property prices, employment opportunities, new infrastructure development, and considering the future potential, people started preferring Vasai-Virar as a prime location to buy or invest in a property. A big opportunity exists for the developer and the landowner to have substantial benefits by developing the land parcel as per the market scenario.
