The 'Housing Project Studio' focused on the development/redevelopment of the greenfield/brownfield sites in the selected cities around the country. This particular project is based in the city of Noida, an important part of the National Capital Region of India. Through this project, I got an opportunity to develop a financially feasible real estate (RE) project with due understanding of macro and micro-markets of the city; administrative procedures involved in a RE project; parameters of land valuation; implementable project phasing and cycles; cashflow and resources associated; developing multiple iterations by changing product mix and sales pattern to get positive returns.
