The residential real estate market in Ahmedabad has changed significantly as a result of the increased job opportunities created by the state's expenditures in infrastructure and other sectors. The primary goal of the studio is to expose students to the thriving housing and real estate markets by taking into account the dynamics of the macro and micro real estate markets, the underlying site environment, and any applicable regulatory requirements that determine the best viable development for a land parcel (brownfield or greenfield). In addition to designing a workable project, a business model has been developed, and the project is being subjected to a sensitivity analysis.
