With regard to the redevelopment of the land parcel, this project intends to prepare an implementable project, analyze and suggest the best development along with planning and technical options, taking into account the requirements of stakeholders, the underlying site context, applicable legal norms, and the current macro-micro real estate market scenario. This is a proposal for brownfield development in Saraspur, eastern Ahmedabad market.
