The studio delves into a dynamic learning experience, equipping students with essential real estate knowledge and practical skills. Emphasizing collaboration and exposure to diverse real estate professionals, the curriculum fosters a deep understanding of both greenfield and brownfield sites. Students, including myself, engage in crafting financially viable and implementable projects, all while considering the intricate details of each site, including location, market conditions, and legal norms. In this journey, we aim to select potential sites for development using a range of evaluation parameters, conducting thorough macro and micro market studies. The ultimate goal is to formulate a detailed project proposal with valuation, encompassing a breakdown of financial resource requirements and demonstrating the feasibility of sourcing funds from various channels.
