The architectural conditions in which the 'lit club' usually takes place lack the appropriate spatial characteristics, its activities usually spill into the chowk adjacent to it (especially during the summer time). The planned design therefore presupposes the construction of a classroom where such activities can take place within the urban realm: it needs to mediate architectural and urban conditions as a means of resolving various partnerships, allocations and uses.
