Project focuses on developing greenfield development towards quality environment contributing to the city infrastructure with the new innovative concept. 
A concept is to incorporate farming activity in the Neighbourhood making farming part of community activities. Creating a semi-organic - diverse and active settlement which will be enhanced by the community farming activities accessible for the township people as well as people from the city. 
Introducing Urban farming as an interesting communal activity as well as create awareness towards need and importance of farming along with the new concepts such as community farming, allocated/adopted farms.
