As the population of the world grows, the demand for both housing and commerce rises. This also means there is a nonstop rise of demand for food, water and energy. However, the fact that these resources do not have an eternal source, there is a global demand for the integration of a socially, economically and environmentally sustainable approach towards the development of towns and cities. 

‘Neighbourhoods of Tomorrow’ is a greenfield township masterplan project based on high density, compact and diverse neighbourhoods (living, working, shopping and recreation) with a future-ready approach of integrating productive use of land through greenhouse biodomes, recycling of greywater and use of solar energy.
