Owing to the recent notification of the CMA region expansion by almost seven fold, only the old CMA region consisted of a Master plan 2021. In order to cater to the diverse composition of the expanded region and ensure equitable growth, there is need for a strategy for expansion that overrides the disadvantages of the available policy and institutional framework. The objective of the project is to draw general principles and an umbrella framework for regional by focusing on Model interventions on the Water resource management and supply sector.
