Skill - Up aims to help the teenage girls form an identity of their own by improving their employability in the future through skill development. The strategies are meant for them to remember their past happiness, social groups and attachments to the village. The program aims to provide interactive educational space for the teenage girls which would be different from their schools. The skill development center being located right at the entrance of the village, above the pre existing Ramji Temple and in the clocktower makes it is easily accessible yet ensures outside - inside visual connectivity. Thereby, it also satisfies the required freedom for the teenage girls to access freely.
