Pakwan Junction which is the part of Bodekdev ward . The precinct comes under the residential zone R1 and R2 according to the development plan of Ahmedabad. The presence of the highway within the precinct leads to increase in the commercial areas within the residential zone. There are many vacant land and many buildings are still under construction. This factor provides lots of potential to the precinct and as observed through the exercise, highway plays the major role in the development of the precinct. It will try to analyse how the series of factors leads to the growth of an area.
