This research paper focuses on documenting and analysing the pattern of administration and governance across a stretch of 1 sq.km, located in Amraiwadi. A detailed study of the various aspects of administration and maintenance, for example road quality, sanitation, income classes, quality of living, etc. highlights the uneven distribution of governance and privilege amongst the well-defined communities of the precinct. The urban biases observed, are matters of concern in a developing municipality, and a topic of argument in Urban Planning.
