Gulbai Tekra - Ambawadi, a residential neighbourhood, even though has undergone development over the years, has not grown up to the level of its full potential, and have been more stagnant, when it comes to the inner residential areas. With the influence of many socio – economic factors, along with the different schemes of the government, the area was able to develop, but at a slow pace. This report discusses the same, in three main sections; describing about the precinct and its characteristics, why there has been and there still is slow development, and what can be done for it.
