Lifestyle Preferences and Accessibility

The study is about change in characteristics of an area. The choice of housing can indicate various aspects such as income group and lifestyle of the people residing. The class of people leads to difference in the surroundings as well, in terms of infrastructure, amenities, street conditions, job opportunities, etc. The change in housing typology as we move from the east to west side of the precinct, changed significantly. How the precinct is preferred by residents for peaceful setting but is not an ideal location if accessibility is considered.
