Main aim of the project is to develop a Development Plan for Bharuch Ankleshwar 2041 by exploring various tools studied in existing situation analysis. This projects has been developed in multiple layers for the better understanding on how the city works. This process was carried out in the group of 4 with each group having their own individual approach towards planning a city. This was a necessary project as the Development plan or the Master Plan is one crucial tool to develop a city. The over all process includes study of the existing situation which has been shown previously then working in group of 4 where our approach provide an aim for the city and provide the city with robust road network, give liberal approach to zoning and prepare DCR conveniently, developing policies for housing and infrastructure without neglecting the blue and green network, heritage and environment. This has been done with the help of primary data through stakeholders consultations and secondary data with the help of GIS to study spatial analysis of land, contours, built characteristics etc. Bharuch being 2nd oldest city after Varanasi and Ankleshwar being the chemical capital of India made are major important factors for this DP.
