Development Plan, 2041 - BAUDA

The aim of the Development Plan Studio - Spring semester 2020, was to explore the various planning tools and apply them to the Bharuch - Ankleshwar Urban Planning Region by first studying the existing situation and then making estimates and an appropriate plan based on the findings. Regional planning is full of complexities and requires lateral and technical brainstorming at multiple levels. The process for making the DP was iterative and hence the output was multi-layered. The culmination of the whole study was to propose a Development plan for the BAUDA region for the horizon year 2041 in groups of 4. Individual exercises and case studies were also carried out to enhance the learning of the various layers of planning and implementation of a Development Plan.
