The principle "Design is people" was followed as the twin city Bharuch-Ankleshwar absorbs a lot of people in its industrial cluster as its better later than never to plan a city for them. The conceptual parameters were developed by studying and analyzing the existing situation, growth magnets and future trends, and transect studies.  However, it gained more strength in a group of four as the planning principles revolved around the guided vision as envisioned by us.
