Development Plan, Rajkot - 2041

The Development Plan Studio - Spring semester 2019, aimed at exploring planning tools. Regional planning is full of complexities and requires lateral and technical brainstorming at multiple levels. The process for making the DP was iterative and hence the output was multi-layered. This project is about developing an understanding of the approach for the Development Plan of Rajkot for 2041. The project was carried out in a group of 4. Finally, the proposals for the road network, zoning with DCRs and different other proposals were done keeping in mind the vision and objectives that were concerned in the beginning stage.
