Dumas green field project | CEPT

The project was focused on the peri-urban development in Dumas,the south west part of the Surat city. The site has huge potential for development because of Dumas jetty,beach and airport .Master plan and implementation mechanism has been prepared considering all the potentials,existing situation and issues.
