The urban areas need to relook in order to support future growth. Adajan is the area which is seen as a new center of Surat City. It is situated on the western side of the city and is bounded by the Tapi river at its edge. Upcoming bridges and the metro route going through this area will open it to the growth similar to the existing commercial hubs of the city. We attempted to focus our intervention on the street evolution and making the river edge accessible for an improved public realm.
