Mahesana is a class A municipality in the northern region of the state of Gujarat. The emergence of economic drivers around the city such as the DFC corridor, Becharaji SIR and Bhandu Logistics Hub in the vicinity,poses challenge for the city to provide affordable housing options not only for the migrant population but also for the people who can find the only affordable option in SLUMS.Since, Housing is an integrated market,it is essential to offer choices to all the income segments so as to prevent the higher income group from trickling down the ladder.Thus,We plan to integrate choice into our plans. A plan that gives the end user the power of choice is the one we should strive to achieve.
