As a part of Urban Housing Plan and Strategy studio, I explored the sector of Industrial Housing. Over the years, the National policies shifted its' focus from sector specific housing to providing housing for everyone. This shift in paradigm is the major reason for the loss of industrial housing. I have tried to study the importance of the same and the feasibility of such projects in the Industrial Regions of Rajkot.
