As a part of our Development plan studio we have giv en Mehsana as a a study area. In which my area of focus is waterbodies of Mehsana region  which covers an area of 3% of total study area. Though mehsana is having very good existing waterbodies but due to urbanization and industrialization they are becoming polluted and also disturbance in watershed by obstruction due to increase in built up  area and hence the storm water is not collected fully also mehsana is identified as an over exploited region  the great attention is required to conserve water bodies.
