Rajgir is historically rich and is now becoming infrastructurally efficient. The larger idea of the masterplan is to design a University Town which not only caters to the needs of the university and its users but also has an ideology of giving back to the nearby villages so they can also prosper. The individual plan continues this idea of a academic town and focuses more of renewable energy systems and various agricultural anchor points which cater to the needs of the villagers and the students. This designed space has various layers of water sustainability and how water is becoming the force of the development. The spaces are designed in a way where the people get to celebrate water and the local ecology in various versatile ways . This project aims at developing a town in an ecologically sensitive way .
