This studio was based on bid process followed in India. It gave us basic understanding of tender documents. we learned how to draft tender documents for various projects, bid query, bid compliance matrix, bid team for client and contractor. Formulation of bidding strategy from contractors side is done to understand how the bidding is done. overall, understanding bid process management as a whole.
