Elevate 11 is a affordable mass housing project with 11 towers each having 32 storeys having total of 1408 units & it is constructed using Aluminum Formwork Technology which is type of Monolithic Technology for faster construction of typical units. It includes formwork planning for staircase, job layout of plants & equipments, productivity studies, rate analysis of formwork, basement construction using soil nailing & safety hazards & quality assurance.
In this studio we are learning about the guideline follow for mass housing projects and technology use in mass housing projects. How to make a job layout of different activity like basement construction, core and shell construction and finishing level layout. We get to know about other technology from different expert lectures. From different site visits we know understand the variable things like management of site, layout of sites, planning for construction, apart from this we learn the MS projects and make project schedule for our site. From this studio we learn about different formwork technology using or mass housing. And visited the different sites.
