This project is situated in Naroda, Ahmedabad, across from the South Global International School. The G+3 low-rise structure comprises 16 towers and a total of 720 units. Surrounding the project are several other residential and commercial buildings, as well as agricultural land. Access to the project is available via two major roads and two minor roads. The construction of the project began on January 1st, 2024 and is expected to be completed by the end of January 1st, 2026.
