Elemental Housing - A Precast Project

The research focuses on understanding how to build cost-effective mass housing options to meet the urgent demand for housing, especially among lower and middle-income communities due to a growing population. It explores different construction techniques and ultimately opts for precast technology instead of the conventional cast-in-situ method. To grasp the precast process thoroughly, the study analyzes three key sites—BN Precast, Urbanaac, and PSP Precast Plant—examining everything from initial planning to actual construction. Based on the study, a hypothetical project was approached from start to end with precast technology.
