Studio work on construction execution, monitoring, and control aimed at guiding students to develop an understanding of the planning, execution and monitoring phase of the project life cycle. Project we undertook for this studio is the “Construction of 2 lane 2 flyover bridge covering Anjali Crossroad, Bhatta and Fatehpura junctions”. The contract has been awarded to Vijay M. Mistry Construction Private Limited. To develop our understanding of the same we prepared Work breakdown structure, project breakdown structure, look ahead schedule of the project for one month and have done an analysis of material management, quality management, equipment management, safety management.
