Construction Execution, Control and Monitoring studio work focused on the Planning and Execution phase of the project. This included Project site layout planning and analysis, Contract administration, 3D model creation of site layout using sketch up, Planning and Scheduling in Primavera, Insurance policies, Material Management, Equipment Management, Quality Management, Safety Management, Management Information system, Earned Value Management, Risk Management, Line of Balance and Lean techniques like Value Stream Mapping & Foreman Delay Survey.
