The studio aims at the execution phase of the construction project. It facilitates in understanding of the planning in terms of cost,time,safety and quality aspects and the monitoring and controlling of the same comparing it with the planned attributes. The management of the resources like manpower, machinery and material, keeping in mind the cost related to them is analysed and done. The overall integration of the functional departments involved are managed through the EIP system set for the contractor firm. Lastly, lean tools are used to optimize the process and reduce any kind of wastage observed at the site.
