The semester- 2 studio focused on learning the project execution, monitoring and control aspects of a construction project. The live project based studio methodology gave insights to real time project execution issues and solutions were explored.  Various aspects like safety, quality, material management, pour planning, MIS, contracts, lean principles etc. were studied and analysed as part of the studio. The studio helped in gaining a better understanding of the critical aspects while executing a construction project.
