Institutional Campus Project

The Studio for Construction Execution, Monitoring and Control provided us to understand live institutional campus development project life cycle, for the successful and profitable completion of the project from the contractor’s perspective. With the help of this project and regular site visits, we were able to understand the concepts of Quality Management, Material Management, Cost Management, Safety Management, Contract Management, 3D BIM Modeling, Project Scheduling, and also including principle lean construction tools like Value Stream Mapping, Foreman Delay Survey, Just in Time and 6S System.
