Institutional Campus Project

The Studio Construction Project Execution, Monitoring, and Control provided us to understand live institutional campus development project life cycle, for the successful and profitable completion of the project from the contractor’s perspective. With the help of this project and regular site visits, we interacted with the client, contractor, and project management consultant appointed for the project. The study involved taking observations, provide analysis for the same, and suggesting improvements wherever required in terms of Quality Management, Material Management, Cost Management, Safety Management, Contract Administration, 3D BIM Modeling, Project Scheduling, and also including principle lean construction tools like Value Stream Mapping, 5S System and Foreman Delay Survey.
