The vision of the project is to provide a commercial hub in an urban node in the city of Ahmedabad. A commercial complex is developed to offer customers a one-stop shopping and entertainment experience, with a wide range of products and services available at one location. The studio was aimed at understanding the various aspects of Execution, Monitoring, and Control of a construction project. Focusing on the execution phase of the project lifecycle, the portfolio briefly covers a few topics namely, Pour Planning, Quality Management, Inventory Management, and Poka-yoke (Mistake Proofing) a lean construction tool adopted in the project.
