High Rise Residential Building Project

For our academic Studio II Construction Project Execution, Monitoring, and Control (CPEMC), we have undertaken the study of a high-rise residential project (G+22, 3 Basements) consisting of 5-6 BHK luxurious apartments. The studio project is aimed to grasp the fundamentals execution process, suggesting areas of improvement, studying the quality-related aspects on-site, and tracking the project so that any delay related to time and cost can be identified. The Studio exercise consists of pre-construction activities, Site 2d & 3d Revit layout analysis, Planning and scheduling, Earned Value & Risk Management, Material Management, Quality Management, and various Lean construction tools are studied.
