The Studio for Construction Execution, Monitoring, and Control allowed us to experience the actual institutional project life cycle from the contractor's perspective to complete the project successfully and profitably, With the help of this project and regular site visits where we interacted with the client, contractor, and different consultants designated for the project. The study involved collecting data, analyzing it, and making recommendations for improvements in areas such as Pre-Construction Activities, Quality Management, Material Management, Inventory Management, Cost Management, Contract Administration, 3D BIM Modelling, Project Scheduling, Project Risk Management, and including crucial lean construction tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Mistake Proofing, and Foreman Delay Survey.
