For our academic Studio II Construction Project Execution, Monitoring, and Control (CPEMC), we have undertaken the study of a Sports Complex infrastructure project with 4 major buildings. This studio is intended to gain a comprehensive understanding of the execution process, identify areas that require improvement, analyze the quality-related aspects of the project on-site, and keep track of progress to promptly identify any delays related to time or cost. The Studio project includes pre-construction activities, analyzing Site 2D & 3D Revit layouts, planning and scheduling, Earned Value & Risk Management, Material Management, Quality Management, and various Lean construction tools are studied.
