The Construction Project Execution Monitoring and Control studio focuses on the execution phase of the project. The project studied for the same is a Corporate House Building consisting of construction of 3 Basements+G+18 floors. The main areas of study include analysis of Pre-construction activities, Site layout planning, Planning and Scheduling techniques, Safety management, Quality management, Material and Inventory management, Contracts Administration, Project risk assessment, Value stream mapping and Foreman delay survey. The studio aims to ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, budgets, and quality standards through real-time tracking, analysis, and intervention.
