The Project- Exhibition and Convention Centre at Vadodara is initiated under TCGL to bring Vadodara into the MICE map of India. The studio 1 project focused on the conceptualization and development phase of the project. This included project site analysis, feasibility study, technical analysis including design brief and scope development, legal compliance to be adhered to,  concept planning, financial analysis, project procurement management, social benefit analysis, risk management and Environment impact assessment under conceptualization phase.Under development phase, project organisation structure, stakeholder management, bid process management and project controls were studied.
