ITC Narmada is a five star hotel project of the ITC Hotels, grouped under their luxury series division.  The project site is situated at Judges Bungalow road in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad. The areas of study  include the inception, planning and development phases of the project. The project study involved analysis of the feasibility studies to be conducted, the bid processes, the legal compliance, concept planning, financial analysis, risks involved, stakeholder management and also creation of schedule for the project using MSP. Simulation exercises were also included as a part of the studio, to arrive at better design  alternatives for the project.
